What data is collected
When you submit the project enquiry form, the details you enter are stored securely: name, business email, company, website, role, description of the challenge, type of support, and optionally budget and preferred start date.
Why it is used
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months unless you ask for earlier deletion.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
